RJR’s Newest Professional Engineers

RJR is proud to have two newly licensed Professional Engineers: Evan Krug and Matt Strawser.  Passing the exam to receive this designation is a career milestone and a testament to the countless hours of preparation and dedication they put into the task.
Professional Engineers must complete a four-year college degree, work under a Professional Engineer for at least four years, pass two intensive competency exams, and, finally, earn a license from their state’s licensure board.  To maintain their licensure, the PE must complete continuing education each year.
The Professional Engineer is held to high standards, both in design and ethics.  They hold the responsibility not only for their work, but also fro the lives affected by that work.
Evan is a Mechanical Engineer and has been with RJR for 7 years.  Matt is Structural Engineer and has been with the company since 2014.  Congratulations to both of you!
